All tax returns are checked and double checked for accuracy. We pay any penalty caused by our error on your return. This is guaranteed in writing in our "Client Bill of Rights." 

We go far beyond any rights granted to taxpayers by NY State or NY City. We guaranty your income tax return will be prepared on time. If your return is audited, and we prepared it, we will represent you before IRS, NY State, or NY City at half our regular rates (assuming your income is less than $500,000 per year).

We use a 4 page "control sheet," specifically designed by Peter Masullo to insure the accuracy of your income tax returns. We sign off comprehensive checklists each step of the way to be certain we do not overlook any income or deductions.

 All clients receive a "tax organizer" prior to year-end to encourage planning while there is still time to act. We are available throughout the year, so don't wait until April to start thinking about your tax returns.

We don't sell investments or insurance. We have no affiliations with salespersons of any kind. Income tax return preparation is our main business. Since we are not under any pressure to sell you a product you can depend on our independent, objective, and professional tax advice.
