Original W2 forms.
	Copies or original 1099 forms from banks, brokers, etc.
	Copies or original forms 1098 in connection with any mortgage interest paid.
	A copy of your prior year's income tax forms (if not prepared by Masullo).
	A list of your potential tax deductions.
	A list of any tax questions you may have.
	Your agreement to pay our fees.

 

Fees estimates for tax form preparation

If we prepared your income tax forms last year, and this year's forms involve the same amount of work, our fee will generally be the same. Otherwise, fees are estimated in advance. To give you an accurate estimate we need a copy of your most recent forms with an  explanation of complications involved in the current year's forms. 
Our fees are a little higher than most rural accountants, but they compare favorably with the rates of other NY CPAs. Our fees include complete preparation of Federal, NY State, NY City, and all other state tax forms. See our "Client Bill of Rights" for more information about our fee policies.
